The Technical Audit: Why Vaibhav Sooryavanshi’s Bat-Swing Faces a Structural Test in Manchester
A Rajasthan Royals teammate casts doubt on Vaibhav Sooryavanshi's style ahead of the Manchester T20I. Inside the technical analysis of his bat-swing.
I've seen Virat Kohli make headlines with his centuries-long cover drives and covers however, recently it's been his Instagram activity which has people talking. We all know that the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) icon is always scrutinized, as well as a recently-recent Instagram "like" fiasco has caused a flurry of memes and debates. It is evident how fast an innocent digital exchange can turn into a major conversation, particularly when the subject is a former romantic relationship. Izabelle Leite is one of the Brazilian fashion model, actress and actor who was a lover of Kohli prior to the wedding ceremony with Anushka Sharma She has recently weighed on the issue with an edgy response that's ignited the internet.

The Instagram 'Like' Fiasco: What Happened?
The controversy started on 16 April 2026 when fans who were observant discovered they had noticed that Virat Kohli's verified Instagram account was been tagging an older photo of German popular LizLaz (also also known as Jennifer). I was able to see this "like" was on a posting from January. It was odd considering the fact that Kohli is not a follower of the persona of her influencer.
In the same way we see it with celebrities, this particular interaction was quickly retracted after the event went viral. The damage, however, was still done. The public was quick to draw parallels with an identical "algorithm glitch" in 2025 which involved the actress Avneet Kaur. LizLaz herself later declared her innocence, stating that she was grateful with the media public attention, she was a bit sad to Kohli because the actor was subject to a slew of criticism from the media.
Izabelle Leite's Quirky Reaction
I consider the most interesting twist in the story is the reaction of Izabelle Leite. Then, an Instagram page shared a photo collage featuring Izabelle, Anushka Sharma, LizLaz Avneet Kaur, LizLaz and Avneet Kaur with the caption "Nobody can deny about Kohli is that his taste in women is absolute elite," the Brazilian model could not resist the urge to be a part of the discussion.
There is no doubt the way Izabelle was able to take the blog post with a smile. The comment she left was a bit of a joke in which she acknowledged her spot on that "elite" list while poking gently fun at the incident. It seems to me that her response is a reflection of the amiable relationship she has in common with her former even as Kohli is happy to be engaged to Anushka Sharma for over 8 years.
A Professional Look at the 'Algorithm' Excuse
From a professional perspective From a professional perspective, these repeated "likes" from Virat Kohli's account indicate that one of two possibilities:
Algorithmic behavior: High-traffic accounts often have issues where feed-clearing actions, or double-taps that happen accidentally occur when scrolling.
Human error: Similar to all users such as celebrities, they can be caught within the "scroll hole" on a not-followed profile.
As we all know, Virat Kohli earlier issued an apology following a similar incident accusing the platform of being responsible for his behavior. But this time around, Kohli has remained silent. RRB player has been in silence, instead focusing on his performance during the current IPL 2026.
Virat Kohli's Form Amid Off-Field Chatter
I believe it's important to keep in mind that, despite all the noise on social media, Kohli is still the beating heart in the Royal Challengers Bengaluru the batting line-up. The focus of his on the field has not changed. At present, he's among the top players to win the Orange Cap, which shows that he has the ability to keep his work from social media distractions.
Match-Winning Knocks Unbeaten 69 match against Sunrisers Hyderabad is the highlight of his season.
Update on Fitness: While reports mentioned an ankle injury that was minor however, the player has been allowed to participate in next matches.
Leader Role: He continues to coach Rajat Patidar in his field work, keeping a clean and disciplined atmosphere inside the locker room.
Final Verdict: Why This Matters to Fans
The fascination I have with Kohli's private life as well as his social practices in the media comes from his reputation as a world-renowned iconic figure. We all know that every move of a star such as him is recorded and scrutinized. His Ex-girlfriend Izabelle Leite reacts in a way that was so playful shows that, while people may consider the "fiascos" seriously, the individuals involved usually take them as a matter of comedy.
To conclude, the "like" saga is just one more chapter in the long-running life of Virat Kohli. It doesn't matter if it was an accident tap or an actual glitch in the algorithm, it has given fans of the cricket's IPL 2026 season with a bit of lighthearted amusement away from the ferocious boundary-hitting. It is clear the fact that Kohli is known as the "King," both on the field and also in the world of Instagram.
